I was super excited when I opened up the glitter eyeshadow palette because it looked super upscale. It came with a big wide brush and also a little detailed brush. However, it went on dry and chalk. Just a little tiny bit goes a very long way. It didn’t stay exactly where I put it either, so over time, my nose was sparkling as well. I am not a fan of that so I would not buy this again. However, if you like super glittery things and don’t mind it all over, then I think it is a good value for the price and for what I received. The color I tried was called Champagne Gold.

This pink shimmer palette is honestly so cute right out of the box. The container looks like a little gift, which makes it feel extra special and fun to open. I also appreciated that it came with two different brush types and a built in mirror, so it’s ready to use without needing to grab extra tools. As for the formula, I personally found it works much better as a highlighter than as an eyeshadow. It definitely adds sparkle and a pretty glow to the skin, especially when used on the cheekbones or as a light topper. However, on the eyes by itself, it was very sheer. The color payoff was much lighter than the pictures suggest, and I could barely see it even when I really layered it on. If you’re expecting bold, high impact pigment, this might be disappointing. Because of how soft and subtle it is, I ended up giving it to my daughter for her play makeup, and it’s actually perfect for that. The shimmer is gentle and fun without being too intense, and she loves the adorable gift packaging.
