Was exactly what the product description said it would be, and exactly what we were looking for. All you can really ask for in a product. Holds more than the images portray as well. Would buy again if ever in the market. WAY easier than an old school combination lock.

The safe is very sturdy. The directions could be a bit clearer, but once I figured it out, it worked fine. Big enough for storing all my important documents and jewelry.

The door is set back with a 1” lip around it. I was not able to get the charge cord plugged in because of it. I also found no keyhole. The package was tightly sealed but the bolts to attach it to the wall or ground were missing. Very disappointing.

This safe heavier steel than most. The White color is lovely, matching the shelving in my closet, and the inside walls are very nicely lined with gold pressed vinyl to protect your valuables. It is also several inches deeper than other safes of this size. I had trouble getting the battery cover off but found out it slides down, not up. Also it did not have pre-cut holes in the bottom so I could not secure it to the shelf and it never stated if any on Amazon. That was a game changer for me. The paper directions were very simple and inadequate. I also received a little box that I have no idea what it is for nor could I open it. No pics of it on Amazon. All in all I was disappointed so I reluctantly returned it.

Nice quality. Took a bit to figure out how to open the key hole.

Took me days to figure out how to open the key fob. Not waterproof as you can peak i side while safe is locked. To open key lock use a flat sharp tool and pull the plate out.
