The delivery was ridiculously stressful. Driver sent delivered image, but the box was not there 3 minutes later when I went downstairs to collect it. The driver never obtained a signature as proof of delivery as requested so Amazon customer service promised delivery but nightfall... Never happened. Had to cancel the order and use a different shipping address. Amazon promised $5 reward for my troubles. Never delivered. The phone itself is great. No issues. It's fast enough, battery lasted all through my 6+ hours trail hike while running three tracking apps simultaneously and kept GPS (unlike my last phone). Then when I tried to let it discharge completely I woke up after midnight and found it still eating 1%. Lol... That's when I gave up going for full discharge. It's compatible with my network. I'm in Antigua and I use it for both One and Flow. Works like a charm. No connectivity issues. Great value for my money... I get all the features I want without paying premium costs like done other brands.

Took me a few years but it was finally time to upgrade or replace my old phone. I've never been in a rush for the newest gadget, just the best one on a budget at the time I need it. One downside to shopping for new Android phones is there are so many choices, and not all are great, sticking with more well known brands helps. Before landing on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro I recently tested and used — iPhone 12, i25, and a Huawei Nova 5T: Out of those my old Huawei was by far the best performer in speed an reliability, but alas the battery was starting to fail and the old days of replacing it myself weren't an option. I've been using this Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G for about three weeks now and am pleasantly surprised how excellent of a phone it is and especially for the price. Tested with simple game, no stalls or stutters like many other slower operating phones. Tested range around home, all good on Wifi and cellular signal. PROS: - Processor speed runs super smooth and fast, no lags or stalls between launching and closing apps. Games run supper smooth with no fragmented or skipping frames. CPU: Octa-core processor, up to 2.5GHz GPU. - Crystal AMOLED screen with curved edges is bright, vivid, detailed and smooth with contrast, far superior to OLED and easy on eye strain and adjustable settings of course. - Nice OS, Android 15 running on Xiaomi HyperOS 2.0.6.0 - This a huge plus as they run harmoniously together, lots of options and customization control typical to Android. Only thing odd is getting used to double clicking to collapse or close apps and swiping right instead of up to take it out of the open queue. Back button is also on far right, when it seems like it should be on the far left as it points left. - Solid build, feels sturdy, no loose parts, not too heavy, not too light. - Massive 200 MP main camera, takes brilliant, vivid detailed photos, am a pro photographer and these are some of the nicest I've seen from a phone camera thus far. - Efficient battery at 5500 Milliamp Hours will keep a standby charge for days and usage charge quit long, even if gaming. Also quick charges super fast on a high wattage adapter. - Good speaker volume and internal volume control. - Strong antenna, good Wifi pickup and range, good cellular range. - Works on GSM, no problem swapping in my old TMobile SIM card. - Plenty of customization with layout, colors, wallpapers, tone, volume, alerts, ringtones and sounds. - Easy and fast Android transfer for all apps, contacts, messages and photos. CONS: - None really. Comes with flat matte black plastic case that's nothing special. I upgraded to a clear one with a rotating kickstand. - Not a lot of unique color choices in the actual body of phone, I went with black but kind of wish I would have gone with the two toned purple since I'm using a clear case. SUMMARY: Best phone yet. Can't beat it for the price. Android is easy and reliable and very customizable. Great for calls, texts, photos and gaming. Easy integration and usage with apps.

This is a great device. Outstanding camera, excellent computing power, and the great surprise is that it has excellent audio as well. I used to be a musician and I have multiple recording devices that I have purchased over the years. By far the best has been a Sony digital recorder with built-in stereo microphones and non-linear 32 bit recording. And it's still a great machine that this device can't fully replace. However for recording piano and acoustic guitar compositions this phone is excellent. The microphone is great for such a small device and the speakers are good enough that I can hear what's going on without having to use headphones making composing much more seamless and therefore more accessible. In short it does everything I need it to do and some things that I did not expect. So if you're someone who has boycotted Samsung for their sheisty business practices and engineered, obsolescence and don't love the other options available I highly suggest giving this one a try. My last phone was a OnePlus 5 (which is another Chinese company) and that lasted almost 8 years. That thing was excellent and is actually still pretty good. I might still be using it if it weren't for a lack of software support. I'm hoping for a similar service life from this phone.

Os primeiros dias a bateria era horrível durava muito pouco, agora dois meses depois está normal. Celular muito bom, esperava um pouco mais da câmera sendo 200mp, mas é boa. Estou satisfeita com ele e recomendo.

Celular extremamente bom. Compartilho as fotos aos curiosos utilizando as diferentes configurações que o aparelho oferece. Eu não tenho nada a reclamar. Aparelho bom, tela incrível. A tela realmente me impressionou. O produto não deixa a desejar. Tanto eu quanto minha esposa adoramos a compra pois compramos o mesmo celular e estamos usufruindo desde o primeiro dia. Este já é o 4 dia e não tenho de ruim a dizer sobre o aparelho em si. Foi uma ótima e excelente aquisição. Para os curiosos, a bateria durou das 6 da manhã do dia anterior e acabou as 11 da manhã do dia seguinte com uso moderado. Por exemplo, neste exato momento o estou com 20% da carga sendo que a última vez em que o tirei do carregador foi às 5:30 da manhã de ontem. Agora são exatamente 10:43 com 20% cravados. Estou usando a fluidez padrão e o utilizando normalmente. Hoje de manhã vi tiktok, YouTube e mexi no Instagram. Estou detalhando ao máximo para que se decidam se vale a pena ou não. E tentei trazer a foto em diferentes configurações para conferirem a qualidade do aparelho. Comprem sem medo.
